1. I'm having trouble logging?
A. Case Sensitivity- Our system is case sensitive. This
means that upper case and lower case letters are treated as different
characters. When you registered for your membership, you were
instantly emailed your user name and password. Enter the user
name and password in the exact case that you created the account
as it is indicated in the membership confirmation email you received.
B. Are Cookies Enabled- Make sure cookies are enabled
within your web browser. If you disable cookies, you will not
be able to login. This is the default for web browsers. If you

2. I forgot my password...
Input your username or email address and click "GO". You will
be emailed your password. This will go to the email address you
entered when you signed up for your membership.
3. I'm having trouble properly viewing the worksheets.
How can I fix this?
Download the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. It is available
for free download here:
4. How do I download a file?
Click on either the image of the worksheet or "Download Worksheet"
text next to the worksheet listing. It will open in the browser
5. How do I get a copy of my receipt?
I lost the original email you sent. Just log into your account
and click the "Invoice" link. This invoice will always be available
to you. When you renew your membership, past invoices will be
available as well.
