Teaching your children how to tell time is another thing that they must learn during their toddler days. Now, there two kinds of clocks that are used everywhere, i.e., analog, and digital. Modern practices suggest that you tell them how a clock works in terms of hours and minutes by using a digital one. Then, you can move to the analog clock. So, here is how you can teach your child about telling time on a digital clock. Read the first number to determine the hour. The numbers before the colon show the hour. Make sure that the digital clock is set on 24-hour mode; to help them understand the actual number of hours. Now, read the numbers on the right of the colon, which represents the minutes. After that, tell them to combine both of these numbers.
